Overdrive
Overdrive gives us access to both eBooks and audio books. Most of our eBook and audio book resources are chapter books for our older students. Although our studnets can see all content, as elementary students they will only be allowed to check out elementary level media. (All MISD students have access to Overdrive.)
Overdrive eBooks and audio books can be downloaded to most tablets and computers. Just click on the “Help” link on the Overdrive page to get instructions on how to download media to your devices, and to find support in troubleshooting any problems you have. With so many devices that are available for e-book & audio book downloads it would be impossible for us to know how to troubleshoot every single device. Please check the “Help” section.
